Club can't handle me right now

Many thanks to Flo Rida & David Guetta for inspiring me during my workout. ;-)

You know I know how
To make em stop and stare as I zone out
The club can't even handle me right now
Watchin you I'm watchin you we go all out
The club can't even handle me right now (yeahhhhh)
The club can't even handle me right now (yeahhhhh)

I had a great run today! I really pushed myself on speed & started at 5.3 mph & pushed until I hit 5.7 mph (it's okay - feel free to laugh here) by the end of the workout. I did walk a bit in between & my total mileage for the running portion was 2.75 miles, & .5 on the walking. I had to move to walking a few times because my heart rate was going over 180.

Getting in a great workout made me feel amazing! Woo!!

And, in other fabulous news, I made a trip to Costco & they had my favorite wine. They stopped carrying it a while ago, but today it was back. You know it's a great day when Costco hooks you up with the wine. I also picked up our weekly fix of produce (blueberries, carrots, cucumbers, bananas, pineapples, nectarines, & a honeydew). Yum!

Hello, lovvvvvvah:
Private Bin Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
$10.99 at Costco. Sweet! If you're a wine drinker, do you have a favorite? I'm in love with pretty much any Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough in New Zealand. Those New Zealanders know how to make some serious wine.

Tomorrow is going to be a crazy day, as we're having family in town, so I need to get up early & squeeze in a run before the festivities start.

Hope you have a great weekend!

  2. I heart the vino. My current fave is a Pinot Grigio by Gnarled Vine. It tastes like fig and honeysuckle!

  3. Keri - I know! It has a great beat for running. I'm slow, but I need the fast paced music.

  4. Angela - we can so be BFFs!!! I love all of the Australian/NZ wines. I'm so very jealous that you visited Marlboroug. Did you do a wine tour? That's definitely on my bucket list. :-)
    What is your favorite wine?

  5. Julie - I heart Pinot Grigio, so I will definitely have ot check that out. I used to love red wines, but now they give me a headache, so I had to move to white. In order of preference: Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, followed by Chardonnay. YUM.
The husband and I just shared a bottle of the Villa Maria, & life is good!
