Life is a beach

So excited for the gorgeous weather at the beach today. I had a fabulous run through a park this morning & loved, loved, loved it.

It was supposed to rain today, but instead we got this:

I love the Oregon coast!

My run was quick (30 minutes), but I pushed hard in the cold weather. Despite the sun, it was 37 degrees when I ran this morning, & my lungs were not thrilled about it. :-) I covered 2.86 miles in 30 minutes. Can't wait to run again tomorrow.
