Too many things can pop up to distract you from working out at night, but the morning can just be "your" time. :)Karahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01506087947077839388noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5781565329497466782.post-9169001865184987922011-09-15T10:23:11.440-07:002011-09-15T10:23:11.440-07:00I'm in the same boat of times to work out. I have been going to a circuit workout class twice a week (tops) it's an hour long & they have child care, just to get some sort of workout in. But then I feel guilty for working full time & putting my son in a child care class for an hour when I'm off work :( It's a battle for sure.
Hope you're feeling better soon bout things & adjusting :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5781565329497466782.post-42914675646723529322011-09-14T15:25:30.693-07:002011-09-14T15:25:30.693-07:00Glad you're back!! Hope you can get on schedule soon.

It is hard to adapt... as a teacher, it's always hard to adjust to needing to 'schedule' my workouts & runs once school starts rather than just do them whenever I want. But once you get in the groove for a week or two it becomes second nature!Sarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11927738659878286380noreply@blogger.com
